The Mission Accomplished Leadership Coaching Process (SM) incorporates self-directed techniques that are scientifically proven to advance long term changes! The coaching experience reinforces core management abilities, which includes both technical and people skills. It's driven by the strategic needs of the organization.
The Mission Accomplished Coaching Process (SM) was inspired by the curriculum taught at the innovative Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. With contributions from leadership scientists such as Richard Boyatzis, Daniel Goleman and David McClelland, the curriculum has been shown to advance effective leadership skills in long-term studies and has been a model for other Masters programs around the country.
